man they sure seem to have some pretty good deals: gte shortblocks $ 1790 and 6spd tranny for $3900, and good prices on tt internals. Its just it seems hard to read some of their specs as far as year and product :-? what i mean is some time they have the item description like this:

"SHORT BLOCK, Supra, w/Turbo, From 5/95 - 3.0L 95-97 $2,495.74 $1,796.93
Includes: Block, Pistons & Rings, Connecting Rods & Bearings, Crankshaft And Main Bearings."

what does 5/95 mean? anyone



some things seems weird, their gte shortblocks are CHEAPER than ge blocks! wtf

why would they be so specific for this? I'm sure there a reason behind it, such as a change in the block or something.

Yes there were changes in the block castings. Some of the oil outlets are different, and there are extra mounting holes on the passenger side for different motor mounts configs.
