When you sat dead. You mean no power at all or just engine died?

Hello, slight technical issue my car battery was dead I thought I jumped started it and of to work so as im driving it stuttered a little than finally stalled minutes from work jumped it again and made it to work... so I thought my alternator went so purchased one put it in and still no battery power so I got battery checked out good so I took the alternator to get checked just in case it's faulty and it also was good so I jumped started it and and it stalls out on me and the mpx box remains clicking any idea of what I'm facing............. im assuming it has to do something with factory alarm

check your grounding. If you don't have proper connection on your grounding, it will cut out all power.
Yes I did think of that but haven't had time to check... I did drop the trans a little while ago im hoping I didn't tighten the ground enough and screw backed out ...check your grounding. If you don't have proper connection on your grounding, it will cut out all power.
Check around the battery terminal too. Ensure you have a solid contact there.
If grounds and terminal connections are good. It may be a bad ignition electrical contact switch.
Ok I checked terminals and grounds and they checked out so it just might be the ignition switch.... that can also explain maybe why the bmv box remains clicking while car is off... I've got an electrical mechanic coming by ... well see what it is
