02 is300 abs troubleshooting

Hello everyone,

i have a 02is300, Im having issues with the abs… scanned the vehicle and the following codes appear, C0278, C1223, C1241. The car has sat in the drive way due to me buying my 23 is350. No major work has been done recently to the car besides valve cover gasket… ive done the following to trouble shoot the vehicle. Replaced both abs trac relays under the hood. Tested resistance on all abs sensors they all check. Not sure what to try next any ideas???

What symptoms do you have other than the codes? Are you making sure that you connect the scan tool only after turning key on, because some scantools will put the car into diagnostic mode and throw many codes if you plug the scanner in and then turn the key on.

2004 IS300 8N6 - JZX110 R154 manual swapped with driftmotion 19lb flywheel, action stage 3 sprung 6 puck disc, and driftmotion driveshaft - F&F type 2 Coilovers, Eibach sway bars, Full Godspeed rear arm set, Adjustable front upper control arm, Lexibreak steering knuckles + rca kit + rack spacers, Battery relocated to trunk, ABS relocation, Xcessive poly engine mounts, driftmotion trans cross member and poly trans mount, cubespeed JZX110 shifter, FR-S LSD swap, Aftermarket HID's and LED Tail lights, Trunk strut mod, kenwood speakers all around, incl. tweeters, infinity 12" shallow mount subwoofer with infinite baffle, pioneer 5 channel amp, external TPMS system, Atoto S8 3gb/32gb Android stereo, TURBOCHARGED with CX Racing manifold, downpipe, and intercooler setup, Garrett T04S 60-1 turbo, Tial 50mm BOV, Turbosmart hypergate 45mm gen 4 wastegate and FIC 6 piggyback. FMS 550cc pnp injectors. Manual ECU swapped.

Clean the ABS rings and sensors first.

Thank you for the speedy reply! Finally got around doing more trouble shooting. To answer your question about symptoms. When starting the vehicle it runs fine but after a few minutes the trac light will start flashing and the when pushing on the accelerator there’s some hesitation.
I also tried running the vehicle with out the scan tool and still had same issues.
I appreciate you because I have no ideas what else it could be
