ok so I have an 2001 is300 and the coolant reservoir is bubbling and coolant is spewing out a little from the cap and also my traction control and check engine light is on please help don’t really have an explanation myself
Don't know if this has been posted yet, so I figured I'd throw my hat into the ring.
Engine oil: 0W-20 (6.8 qts / 6.4 litres)
Engine Coolant: Toyota SLCC or equivalent (11.1 qts / 10.5 liters)
Transmission Fluid: Toyota Genuine ATF 'WS' designation (9.9 qts/ 9.4 litres)
So I just did a coolant flush in the radiator and put toyota red coolant in, but i forgot to flush the coolant reservoir. I cant tell but i think the reservoir has toyota pink coolant in it but in not 100% sure if it is pink or red. What should I do in this situation? Theoretically would it be...
I have an 02 IS300, there’s a coolant leak from just above the thermostat housing and above the alternator. Pics are included. Anybody know why coolant is leaking out of that hole? It does have a brand new water pump.
