    I have a 04 is300 stock I have the exact problem, even able to diagnose by turning throttle by wire by hand and the throttle blade not move with it, stays shut. Was told pervious owner hooked up a battery charger backwards. The car will turn over and crank hard (a good thing) but no spark. You...
