You can purchase the tool online. You can also get it through any tool distributor. I soldered all of my ends, bu it was very time consuming and difficult. The crimp tool really is the way to go. Metri-Pack Tools | Metri-Pack Wire Crimp Tool | Metripack Tools | Metripack Wire Crimp |...

Regarding the split loom.. Since I was tucking most of the harness under the intake manifold, I went for cheap split loom. The intake side is a refrigerator compared to the heat output from the exhaust side, so I made the harness appropriately .

I used flex sleeve purhased from Grainger in 100ft reels. I bought the 3 different sizes they had. Remember, to do flex sleeve correctly, you must terminate each end with heatshrink tubing to keep the ends from fraying. None of the flex sleeve I could find was hi-temp so I shrouded the injector...

You should invest in a repinning kit. Using this kit will allow you to de-pin and remove the connectors from your donor harness. I don't think you want to purchase all the required connectors... That will be very expensive. I would only replace the connectors that usually get brittle, like the...

Thanks bud Thanks alot. I had to yank the engine and trans back out so I could remove the exhaust manifold. I put the manifold on the bench and wrestled with the rotator flange again. It was flipped upsidedown...... All good now
