TobiasSing yep you can just grind the end of the bolt off and tap it through. It's not threaded, it has to rotate in the opening with how the suspension works.

Crusty Rear Anti-Roll Bar Drop Links!! - Removal tips?

Hi, on my IS200 the rear drop links are really rusty and I am going to replace them.
The problem is the nut that is on the arm is really rusty and has sheared off, the bolt running through the arm to this nut also has been rounded
I am thinking of just grinding the nut and bolt head off flat, and hopefully the centre piece remaining from the bolt can be tapped through? Or is this part threaded also? The parts look to be the originals.
Any tips welcomed, thanks!
