I'm with you. I would do a subdued gold if you went that route. I had a set of rota's that were royal bronze or something. Almost a dull bronze with a very matte gold lip. Always liked that color and was awesome on my black car.

blkdout I'm putting these on my Sportcross this week. 18x8 no idea the offset but would guess they're 50 +/- 5

No rubbing. If I remember they're 225/45
Lowered with Pro Kit, RCA spacers and MEGA Drop arms.

TomISawyer Thanks for the input! I like the way your car sits! How meaty do the 255's look from the back?

I bought a set of IS350 wheels for my wagon, but have never been able to try them out, as it has been in the shop forever....... However, I did try them out on my sedan. These pictures are are with 225/40 and 255/40 (Hankook). Slightly lowered (factory L-tuned springs) and no rub. My typical wheel tire on the sedan is an 18x9 rear with a 265/40 (Michelin) and it does rub slightly. Personally, I would go with the 255/40, but I like meaty tires No stretched and stanced for me

I'm anxious to see how it looks; share some pics when you do this!

GXElover They should fit fine. See how they look without the spacers first. Fitment shouldnt be an issue

cleansleeper They aren't really different. If it fits a sedan it fits a Sportcross.

SportCross, putting IS350 rims on it.

Hi everyone,

I posted this in the wheels and tires area, but I wanted to ask it in the sportcross area as our offsets are different than that of the sedan, as I am told. I have a 2004 SportCross. The rims are 17x7 +50mm offset on the front and 17x7.5 +55mm offset on the rear. I am about to buy some IS350 rims that are 18x8 +45mm offset front and 18x8.5 +50mm offset rear. I am planning on buying +5mm spacers to get the offset the same as the 17's. Do you guys see any issues with this plan or know of any issues with the tires rubbing or suspension issues?

Thanks,
Tom
