LexISpooled,

I think that it's time to add everyone's 60' time on the stat sheet. Mine was 2.32.

I don't think that adding the 60' is cluttering, but is a key ingredient to the overall picture. I just re-reviewed all the "Details" hyperlinks and not all are the same for quick reference on the full details on the 1/4 mile performance.

I'm quite an Excel guru...if I were to create a spreadsheet which lists all the 12.99 and below times in full time slip format in a way to allow someone to easily compare (with side references to rwhp/tq, etc.), would someone host it as a permanent product to add to this thread? Maybe converting it to html?

I hit the track today for the hell of it since I'm replacing my tires this week...wanted to make sure I sucked them dry before changing them out. I never once shut off the car, kept the spare in the trunk, full tank of gas. Hot out. Mid 70's with high humidity. Balded P225 tire.

I wanted to test the car at absolute street trim with everything going against it.

Best 1/4: 13.3 @ 112mph (2.3 60'). Meh...

Full tank of gas because it just happened to be that way when I got the urge to go to the track.

I kept the car running b/c I still have to go back to Jeff and TE and have him adjust my Open Loop Switch inside my engine compartment. With his 'secret' fix to the stock ECU not overpowering the E-manage, there is a draw-back. When I shut the car off and start it back up, it takes about 30 seconds of driving under load for the O2 readings to even out, otherwise it hesitates.

My 12.9 was also at full operating tempurature with the cooling fan kicking on. Once I get that fixed, I can't wait to try a run without the car being so hot. Granted, I will never go into boost when the oil temp is not the proper range (don't want to cause too much crank case pressure).

I agree, we need 60 foot times from all of the time slips. It looks like there are quite a few cars with enough power to run 10's but no one can pull off a decent 60 foot to do it. Gosh, i haven't even heard of anyone pulling off anything under a 2.00 -- whats the deal? The guys with stick shifts shouldn't have an issue right? No one can drive their cars? Is everyone running a street tire? There are drag radials out there ya know.

ok cool, what did your IS300 60?

As for pulling off a decent 60' , how many times have these cars hit the track? How many times did the driver get a crack at it? Heres your answer, not many.

"The stick shifts shouldn't have a problem", your kidding right? Autos are much easier to launch and 60', you need to do some reading before you post back up.
