Connector behind block-off plate for heated seat. Hot wire?

Hi everyone, my 2001 MSM was totalled recently over very minimal suspension damage -__- so i bough a lsd 2002 5 speed manual!

Anyway, I was missing a blockoff plate so i popped one out (because why not?) and there was a plug behind it, does anyone know where this plug goes, and if its hot or just there for accessories?

I would like to setup heated seats, and wonder what would happen if i put a heater switch there and hit power? Probably nothing, because there may or may not be a heater in the full leather seat, but if anyone knows about this let me know, i looked into it a bit, but its a specific question
