Looks like a take on the Amuse rear end for the 370Z in the styling on the sides and center opening

but i agree, custom

This is the JDL rear bumper for the Altezza. Requires removal of the USDM crash bar and mounts, and running JDM rear crash foam instead. Nothing much custom in that pic, other than the paint. Link below...

He sure makes it looks a lot better than the retailer.

Overall, the rest of the body should be made to work with this bumper otherwise it does not flow well.
