Is the Volo OBD Module similar to the SRT AAFC??

I tried the search but no answer to my question. So that being said does anyone on here have any experience with Volo OBD Flash Chip.It seems like it wires up through the OBD port to communicate directly with the ECU.Isn't this similar to the SRT AAFC??The Volo seems to change the A/F just like the AAFC.Could this Volo OBD chip be used with an intake just like the SRT intake setup??Or would the IS300 ECU bypass this?

all these "chips" for the IS do absolutely nothing

Have a question? Try the my.is FAQ or, if you can't find an answer there, search before posting your question (hopefully in the correct forum).
