Oil Return - Oil Pan Flange

Hey, I've got this oil pan flange from ARZ that I ordered from Drift Motion. Just curious if anyone is using it as well? It's got the oring inset so I don't have to use gasket or gasket maker. I was wondering what you guys did with drilling/tapping the upper pan. Is it better to tap the pan and use a stud with nuts to tighten the top side down? Or should I just get bolts and tighten down to the pan itself?

Thanks!
Billy
