i need n/a power for my is300

I was thinking about boosting my car but all i hear is that it is expensive and that its a lot of maintenance and troubles. so i decided that i want to stick to N/A. I only have a blitz nur spec exhaust and tein suspension. I want to make it all motor. Is there anything that i can do to the ecu like chip it or something. What else? i have a nice amount of money that i could spend too. So i want to know everything.

Brian Crower Stroker kit. end of sentence. There's no replacement for displacement.
