There is no such thing as a chip for the IS, quite a few naturally aspirated folks have been using the Greddy E-manage Ultimate to tune Air/fuel, timing, and raising redline. The e-manage is a piggy-back ecu that is tapped into the wiring of the stock ecu. You can learn a lot about the e-manage here

In the future, you can use the site search function to gain a lot of knowledge before asking a specific question, a lot has already been discussed here.

Have a question? Try the my.is FAQ or, if you can't find an answer there, search before posting your question (hopefully in the correct forum).

There is no uni-chip for the IS300. Wasn't there one in the works though?

hmm if your parents dont want you to change intake/exhaust.. I'd do this.. Get a Joe-Z intake pipe+K&N filter(looks stock, they won't know), and if you decided you had the cash for an Emanage Ultimate, pair it up with a Cam Gear (also steath). Looks like the joe-z+filter could benefit you. Cheap and easy and it'll fool your parents along with giving you 5-8hp.. (thats what i remember) Hope this helps..

Congrats. Your very fortunate to be 16 and have a nice car like that.
my advice is to listen to your parents.

1.) They spent all that money and bought you the perfect car that you always wanted and now you want to go behind their backs and disrespect them by doing what they told you not to do?

2.) NA mods are a waste of money for power gains. Intake and Exhaust is gonna net you about 10 hp. You can't even feel 10 hp and your car will be much louder.
