ecu race chip

is it possible to purchase the srt race chip seperatly? i'm running an injen intake, but i don't want to buy a whole new intake system just for the race chip. Any idea guys?

I'm not sure that the srt race ecu will work with other intakes. Also, you have to take into account that the srt intake pipe is a larger diameter than most other intake pipes resulting in more air and the srt race ecu is programmed for that a/f map.

If your planning on doing any other upgrades in the future besides an intake and exhaust your best bet is to get a piggyback ecu like the SAFC or e-manage.

i'm not boosted so is it nessesary to buy a $550 Greddy e-manage kit?

it depends on what you are planning to do to your car in the future... if you are just going to get an intake and not planning to upgrade or anything, just get the SAFC.

Ive recent sent an email asking that same question. They respond was "We do not sell the ecu by itself separately" word for word...i copy paste it
