Wiring harness

I am trying to figure out exactly what I need to do about the wiring harness the 2jzgte came with one but I was told it wouldn't plug and play right in to the is300 so anyone got any suggestions on what to do or where to get one or what kind of new to all this and yes I have researched it or else I wouldn't be asking.

Wiring Specialties and Panic Wire both offer engine harnesses, custom made to marry the GTE into most chassis. They do not come cheap.

The alternative is to bust out the wiring diagram of the IS300 and the donor for the GTE, and go circuit by circuit, reconciling the differences.

Unfortunately, I don't think you'll find a comprehensive step-by-step guide that'll walk you through exactly what you need to do for your exact setup.

Do you know which ECU you're going to use or both? I think you need to decide that before you consider how to wire it.
