Welcome to the forums! You may want to check out the Stop Drop and Roll forum. They can probably help you out.

As KraxyKanuck said, the Stop Drop and Roll forum is the place to go, but since I have the Htechs I might as well chime in.

When I first got the tein H techs (on stock struts) I was amazed at how smooth the car rode, it was almost as smooth as stock, but I felt as if the handling did not improve at all, as the stock struts were valved for comfort, and there still was lots of body roll. Once I replaced the struts with Koni Yellows, I was instantly satisfied and could never see myself going back to stock struts with lowering springs again.

yes, tein flex are great coilovers if you wanna spend some cash, but well worth it. my friend has them on his GS300 and the ride is incredibly smooth. i also heard tein stech + illuminas are good as well.
