2004 Is300 w/174k just this week it started blowing the 25a EFI fuse. No CEL. I checked all sensors but don’t have a clue what’s going on. I let it sit overnight and I was able to drive it over 50 miles without cutting off during acceleration. Got to gas station, filled up and I pulled off and it blew the fuse again. Swapped it out and I was able to make it home. Any ideas what this issue might be? It’s bone stock with just a CAI.
You need to chase that circuit from start to finish to see if there is a short or faulty wiring. That's usually the culprit. You can YouTube some vids on how to troubleshoot a circuit to assist you.
check your o2 sensor wiring. I fixed a friends IS many years ago with the same problem. The o2 sensor wiring was damaged and randomly shorting out.
