Automatic Gear Shift Cover Bezel

The gear shift indicator on my automatic IS300 is completely jacked up. I'm looking to either take it out to clean it or purchase a brand new one.

Either way I will need to remove the one that's there. Anybody remove this plate before? Not sure where to start with this.

Also if you know the part number for the cover that would be very helpful. Might be better to simply replace than trying to clean up this one.

check eBay for a new/used bezel. removal is probably just a few screws here and there.(not sure without looking)
