Just did mine from an eBay kit. It was probably a little more expensive than piecing one together, but it took about 12 minutes from start to finish and I think it turned out great!

Thanks to everyone on here for the help! Now I have to do the climate control because half of those are burnt out .

Here's the eBay like: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Lexus-01-05...72.m2749.l2649

I figured I'd drop it here in case anyone else wants to use this seller as well. For what it's worth, his instructions were on point and super clear, his shipping was incredibly quick and he also helped me out with the Climate Control bulbs too. I sent him a message and he put together a package for those bulbs (clock, three dials, cigarette lighter ring, and ash tray) for the same price.

I'd absolutely order from him again, he was super easy to work with. I'm sure there are cheaper options, but for me it was worth maybe paying a couple extra dollars not to mess with sourcing the bulbs individually.

I don't have photos of the climate controls, but they turned out great.

for the ones that have done this mod, what about the center console where the radio and climate control is at? did you guys also switch out the "orange" bulb for this area? if so, is there a write up on this? i was thinking about doing the gauge cluster but i'll also like to change the center console as well so they can be all the same color.

I know this is a old post but I was wondering if the key ring is suppose to be lit all the time? What I mean is when you turn on your headlights or the car is on is it suppose to light up or is it just when the door is open? Mine only lights up when door is opened so it had me wondering.
