This is a DIY for Mazzuri Super headers on my 06 is350. First I took all the plastic guards off the top and bottom of the engine.
I was able to get the top 4 nuts off the drivers side header from the top of the engine and the bottom two from under the engine. It is really tight from the top and the heat shield is in the way on the bottom but all we used on this side was a 12mm deep well socket and a ratchet.
On the pasenger side I had to get all 6 nuts from the bottom using the same ratchet on some and an open end wrench on others. You have to remove all the bolts on both sides of the exhaust to get them out and also remove the dipstick bracket on the bottom but leave the top dipstick bracket attatched it's a real pain in the ass to put back in.
Once out remove the A/F sensors and put on to the new headers. Put headers in using existing gasgets. They are a lot easier to get back in than taking them out. You can see where I had to modify the dipstick bracket to get it back in.
Put everything back together under the car. Pull the 3 bolts off the wire harness and solder the sim on.
Then put everything back together.
