Full Correctional & Opti Coat 2.0 - Jag XFR

A buddy of mine was in town a few weekends ago to spend about 20 hours with my XFR on a full paint correctional, interior / engine bay cleaning and sealing the paint with Opti Coat 2.0. I was glad he was willing and able to come down here to work on my car, there are very few detailers in the country that have his level of detail. He has a really impressive resume of cars he has worked on, including an MP4-12C and a 90+ hour full correctional on an F40.

Here is his site if you want to check out his portfolio:

Absolutely impeccable work I could not be happier. The car looks even better than it did on the day of delivery. I took the pictures so here are a few of my favorites. I rarely take pictures of anything so these are just point and shoot with my Galaxy S4.

Prior old wax job still had some bead to it (initial wash):

Fine swirling but overall it was in pretty good shape:

Polishing stage 1

Definitely not drugs (Opti coat )

All finished:

Roof reflection (wow)

Love this black, this shot sort of catches the gorgeous sparkle / flake in it that you can see like crazy again:

Those aren't streaks, that is light shining through the deck boards
