I'm a fan of the lowest gloss Armor-All foam.

It makes the tires look like new, but not clear coated, which IMO is tacky.

You guys must be running weak offsets. I don't use any tire shine since it always flings off the tire and leave oil on my fenders. When I did use tireshine it was always black magic foam aerosol can that smells like cherries.

When you're cleaning your car make sure it's completely dried before driving. Even with completely sunk in wheels it will do that if u don't wait long enough before driving.

Ever since I started working at Firestone I have been using their tireblack aerosol can stuff and it looks amazing but only lasts about 2 weeks if it doesnt rain, but i got an infinite amount at my disposal so it really doesnt matter.

This would actually happen to me a lot but then what I started doing was using a tire brush to lightly scrub the sides of the tire with some soap followed by applying some Shining Monkey. I would then let it sit for a bit while I wash the rest of the car and at the end I would rinse the tires off. This has kept my tires looking clean without being overly glossy and I don't have problems with dirt getting kicked up anymore. BTW this is on 225 front and 245 rear tires with +38 offset. Not too overly aggressive but enough for tires to kick crap up to the sides of the car if I don't wash wheels and tires properly.

For the glossiest tires...

I use Meguir's high endurance purple tire protectant gel. Apply with tire sponge. Then follow up with Meguir's hot shine tire coating spray can. Let it dry for a few hours. If you want speed up drying, park in the sun.

Here's some picture of the turtle wax black magic tire shine I recommended. This stuff is really amazing. I really recommend it if you enjoy the WET look without reapplying every week. I know some drivers like the satin look, definitely not this product for them

After trying out:
Monkey shine
Meguiar's Hot Shine (prolly 2nd best) aerosol
Meguiar's Hot Shine foam
Meguiar's tire gel
Turtle wax tire shine (regular)
Armor All Black Magic
Pinnacle
Wolfgang
Griot's Garage

I wasn't satisfied, these were several problems I faced:
1) Don't last long enough
2) Sputter like crazy
3) Washed away in the rain
4) Application process was messy
5) Messy when removing wheels with sliminess on my jeans, hands, gloves slippery
6) Couldn't get the WET look to stay without re applying every carshow/meet

Turtle wax Black Magic Tire shine is SERIOUS!
Pros:
Last through rain, last through CARWASHES!, avg daily driven life span (no garage) was about 4 weeks minimum, and best of all no sputter, and dry to the touch, can be found at autozone or advanced auto rather than online.
***The directions on the back actually says to re apply every 3 - 4 months, how modest of T.W,! Lol

Cons:
Overspray on wheel/paint (if left to dry) takes a little elbow grease and quick detailer to remove, the can is small and expensive ($16 and some change after tax) but IMO worth every penny. 1 can should last u awhile.

As long as u clean the tire thoroughly and make sure old products are removed and dry, your good to go.

FYI took these pics today, and its been 11 days with at least 3 days of driving in the rain since I last applied the spray.

This stuff is awesome. Lasts about 8months to a 1 yr on the tire.
Does not rub on clothes, there is no film or black stuff.
We actually just started selling this at my dealership in Omaha, and if customers want we will put it on their new cars. Pretty sweet stuff. :D

I've been using Chemical Guys Silk Shine dressing for my tires and any rubber trim. Leaves the tire natural looking with no shine.

BUT! The same type Brand and model and everything but the Like Not windex spray but the Spray Can one like kinda like a spray paint bottle one, THAT STUFF WORKS AMAZING LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!! ITS A MiRICAL!!!!! LOL But only downfall is, it's kidna expensive and it also goes empty like after the 5 time of using it but HOLY CRAP IT WORKS GOOOOD!!!

That stuff stays on and just goes on perfect!
