Restoring Escaine?

Hey y'all I recently picked up an 02 IS300 BO with tan leather and escaine inserts that are dirty as shit. I've searched a number of different ways to clean it - the consensus says Woolite, Tuff Stuff, and using a shaving razor for the frayed, worn out parts.

Well none of this worked very well, and I still have some pretty dirty inserts. Has anyone had them professionally cleaned by a leather or shoe shop? I'm considering this option, or maybe forgoing the material all together and having real suede inserts installed. Any history with this either?

I'm looking for some fresh ideas after a number of disappointing attempts. Thanks in advance for your help!

I know you said you already used woolite, but did you repeat the process until you were able to rinse the seats and only get clear water? I would take the seats out of the car and remove all the airbag/electrical stuff and hose it down with a diluted woolite solution while scrubbing the suede with your hands. Then once you let it dry in the sun, I would get leather cleaner and conditioner for the leather parts. I don't know where you got the idea to use a razor, that's just asking for trouble.

Here's a couple of DIY I seen for recaro seats, but it should be the same for the suede inserts on the IS300.

Oh my god I did post in the wrong section now I look like such an idiot!! Thanks for responding man. I'll look into the full monty but I was hoping to not pull the seats out - but if that's what it takes that's what I'll do.
