How to replace window frame mouldings?

I recently had my windows tinted in my 2011 IS250AWD. The tint shop got too close to the plastic window mouldings with the heat gun and bubbled the front door window mouldings on the driver and passenger doors.

I believe these are only held on by one clip and double-sided tape, but I'm not certain.

Does anyone have experience removing these mouldings? Is it difficult to do myself?

Thanks!
