Need engine work help!

Yo DFW. My '01 IS radiator finally exploded along with the water pump and the car was ran hot for a little too long(wifie....). Now I have radiator fluid and oil mixing, engine is knocking, and I know its going to cost me. I've never worked on these cars so I dont want to get in there and cause more damage. Im looking to be pointed in the direction of a reputable shop in the DFW area that wont rip me off. OR a gearhead that "knows" what they are doing that can help me fix this on the cheap.(again, I realize its not going to be real cheap but cheaper than most shop prices.) I have purchased my wife a new car but refuse to let the IS go as I really enjoy driving it. I figure if I can get it running properly and out of her hands; then I will give it the TLC it deserves. New paint, wheels, suspension...and then cruise. Im in no rush as I daily drive my '90 5.0 but Id rather roll in more comfort....Thanks!
