Assuming it is RWD and from the US:
If it has memory seats it's the luxury package
If it has NO memory seats but still has woodgrain it's the premium package.
If NO memory seats but has illuminated door sills, sport pedals, and special 5-spoke wheels it's the X package.
I THINK you can get the X and premium together, you can not get the Luxury package with either of the other two.
That's it for packages overall...
there's a bunch of standalone options it may or may not have too:
Rear spoiler (visually obvious)
navigation (visually obvious)
Mark Levinson (Mark Levinson logo on head unit)
18" wheels (if it doesn't have the lux or x package then these are optional by themselves)
HIDs (again, optional by themselves if no luxury package)
park assist (the little circles on the front/rear bumpers)
PCS (probably the rarest 2IS option- radar cruise and some other electronic related bits- your from L logo on the grill would look quite different from the normal models)
headlight washers (visually obvious)
