Accident Merry X-Mas NOT!!!!!!

I am thankful and pissed off at same time.

Lastnight me and me Honey were driving and some stupid
WITCH, crashed into us!

We were going x -mas shopping and some dumb ass Witch ran her red
light and smacked right into me and my girl. She did not even hit her brakes!

We were both sent to the hospital in a ambulance.
Lucky we are both ok , pretty sore next day but after some
trips to the doc for some therpy, and we should be ok!

For now we both have matching neck braces......

Alexus was not so lucky as you can see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Merry X-Mas

^^
agreed, if she was a stuck up bitch about it then I say sue her for every expense. Don't forget the physical therapy, some people need over a years worth just to feel right again.

glad to hear you two are safe though. don't let it ruin your Christmas

it's a damn shame about your car too.

How fast was the lady going? was it a direct hit or more of an angle? I just want to get a sense of how hard you were hit because that looks pretty good for a t-bone.

btw, your rims look shot. Send them to me and I will dispose of them properly for you ;-)

I'm special :)

Agreed on the rims, but so are the tires. I've got a special expertise in an environmentally friendly way to handle the tires. Send them my way and I'll make sure they get handled appropriately! lol

Glad that you are okay.

Get a lawyer.

I'm sorry to hear that..
Your car was truly a masterpiece in my opinion.

I'm glad that you two are ok though...

But like what everyone else said... Get a lawyer and get every penny out of her.

Happy Holidays to Ya'll, too.

Sorry to hear about this man! Like everyone else said, get a lawyer, because you will win. Red light running is a big time No-No. Then have her cover your legal fees, etc.

What car was she driving?

Of course your health comes first, but I know the car is like a child.
Looks like 2 doors and a front fender and you'll be back in the game.
What's your deduct?

It's still never going to be the same. Even the best body shops can't match color 100%, and you always know. If you ever try to trade in the vehicle say bye bye to a fair deal.
