Timing is way off

What's up guy/girls I'm having a issue with my is timing iv put the cam how they where when I took off the timing belt and crank. I lined up the points on the cams with the points on the metal and the crank to 0. When I go to start it the exuast fumes comes out the air intake. I don't run it for long just a few second. Post pictures. The crank has two different timing marks, make sure you're on the correct one when using the dots. Also make sure you didn't damage any teeth on the crank sprocket.

Way too blurry! Did you figure anything out? It does look way off but its hard to tell by the photo quality.
