Timing belt or Starter or Battery???

Hey guys I have a problem with my 04 Lexus is300 so I'll start from the beginning I ordered a ballest for my low beam head light the car has been parked without driving it for a few weeks while I was waiting for the ballest to come in so I replaced the ballest once it came in and the lights are working fine now so here's the problem I went to turn the car on it tried to start normal the first time but the second and third time I tried to start the car it sounded like it was out of timing so I took everything apart to check if the timing belt may have busted to my surprise it was not and everything seems to be on point I don't knw if it jumped out of time? If it can be the starter going out? Or low battery? If anyone can please help!!! Thanx in advance

Looks fine. Take your battery to an auto parts and have it load tested.
