Question about keys

I have all my spare keys of my 1st IS300. It was totaled when someone's car rolled and smashed into the rear end. I kept all the original keys with the button fob as well as the spare and the wallet spare. Am I able to get a key cut for my current IS300 and reprogram my old fob to work with my car? Is that something that I would be able to do on my own (reprogram not cut the key) I would really like to keep the original Lexus Fob but if I order some online they are pricey. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you
