Please please help! Speedo not working

I recently had a friend replace all suspension parts, wheel bearings and abs speed sensors on my 2008 Lexus IS 250. SPPEDO WONT WORK. Hooked up scan tool. Front wheels send signal and speed to scan tool but not rear ones. I’m assuming that is the reason the speedo does not work. I have code c0210 and 215 abs incomplete circuit so I had the abs sensor harness replaced (both of them) and still have the problem. Everything has been replaced even relay. My question is can it be the wheel bearings? It’s the only thing NOT purchased at Lexus. PLEASE PLEASE HELP! Thank you
