how easy was it to rewire the o2 sensor?
you have an 02

would this work on an 01?
It was very easy to wire, just remember to stagger the splices. Match up the whites, blues and both blacks. Doesn't matter which black you connect (per the instructions they include). I'm pretty confident the '01 will be the exactly same.

I brought the Univ to replace the pre cat O2's because of the mileage on the car, and I didn't have any anti-seize to replace the O2's I removed when doing the clutch.
I couldn't get the B2S1 out, so they are not installed yet.
Used the anti-seize though !!!

this is from your link Bosch web site, i put in 2004
15733 Oxygen Sensor - OE SmartLink - Universal Fit - Downstream Sensor O2 sensor located in front manifold / exhaust pipe; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles L6 3.0 2JZGE GAS

15733 Oxygen Sensor - OE SmartLink - Universal Fit - Downstream Sensor O2 sensor located in rear manifold / exhaust pipe; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles L6 3.0 2JZGE GAS

15733 Oxygen Sensor - OE SmartLink - Universal Fit - Upstream Sensor O2 sensor located in rear manifold / exhaust pipe; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles L6 3.0 2JZGE GAS

13647 Oxygen Sensor - OE Type - Exact Fit - Downstream Sensor O2 sensor located in front manifold / exhaust pipe; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles L6 3.0 2JZGE GAS

15061 Oxygen Sensor - OE Type - Exact Fit - Downstream Sensor O2 sensor located in rear manifold / exhaust pipe; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles L6 3.0 2JZGE GAS

15071 Oxygen Sensor - OE Type - Exact Fit - Upstream Sensor O2 sensor located in front manifold / exhaust pipe; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles L6 3.0 2JZGE GAS

13732 Oxygen Sensor - OE Type - Exact Fit - Upstream Sensor O2 sensor located in rear manifold / exhaust pipe; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles L6 3.0 2JZGE GAS

So if you get their description then "front" and " upstream" then 15071 is for B1S1

A month after I replaced B1S2, B2S2 went out Coincidence? Who cares- at 160k, this is the extent of my repairs. Looks like another $38 Denso 234-4209. I'm glad these things are easy and cheap!
