IIRC you don't even need to remove the seat, just move it forward and all the way up and you should have room. But if you do remove the seat, MAKE sure to disconnect the battery and wait two minutes to remove stored power so that air bags don't have a chance of deploying when air bag harness under the seat is disconnected. The connector should be right under the carpet near the duct. This thread shows exactly and has pics.

Here's exactly where it is(from thread above); right near the duct

seems like I unbolted the O2 sensor then pushed up the grommet from the underside of the car. This will let ya know where its at by moving the cable around.

so i got a used oem replacement sensor....so i have to remove the rubber undercover before i can snake the o2 sensor through...........how do u remove that undercover panel? im hoping it can be removed from underneath the car and not having to go through the top as that seems much harder.

Used O2 sensor? You would've been better off getting an OEM Denso universal and splice it in for less than $40 right off Denso's website.
Denso-Engine
Being that it's a post cat it's not really a big deal.

You can take off the plastic under guard that covers the hole where the O2 cable goes into the cabin. You only really need to unscrew the one screw closest to the front to get some room. The connector is right near the duct, as mentioned, just lift the carpet a lil. You can pull that duct straight towards you and it should come off.
