Manual transmission & differential gear oil suggestions

Hey guys new to the forum. Always been a DIYer. I have an 07 is250 RWD w/ manual transmission. I feel some slippage & know that I'm probably beyond overdue to change gear oil in the tranny & differential. Owners manual suggests using "Toyota genuine manual transmission gear oil API GL-5" 75W-90 gear oil, says if using any other gear oil, there's a risk of gear noise & other issues.

Do you guys stick with this manual tranny gear oil? If not, what do you use? & Have you run into any issues?

Same question for differential oil, you guys use the recommended, "Toyota genuine differential LT 75W-85 GL-5 only? Or other stuff? Any issues?

I only use Redline fluids for Toyota manual transmissions too. The diff isn't so important since I use a clutch type lsd, I just run regular 75W90 fluid in there.
