^^ Good site, if only for looking up parts.

So I was playing around with my fog lights again, the exact part number is 90987-02020, but the rest of the 4 pin relays in the car are 90987-02012 (horn, rear lamp, efi, etc etc etc). DIY tells me LHD Altezza's used the 02012, and what do you know it works just fine.

02020 is $70, 02012 is $25, hard to argue with that.

Alternative part numbers for 90987-02012 are: 90080-87010, 90080-87015, 90084-98031.

If you are really in a pinch, this relay is also a GM part# 30013237, and AC Delco #212-360. For geo metros, chevy S10s and trackers, late models with fuel injection (think junkyard finds here).

So there you go, alternative relay part numbers for horn, fog lights, tail lights, radiator fans (all 3 relays), mirror defrost, ac clutch, and power windows. I might be missing some, but if its a 4 pin relay, 2 copper, 2 silver, then it's probably a 02012.

Anyone have the cross over to toyota parts for the clutch...
Or asking it another way does the Supra 94-97 NA clutch fit?
I know about the sprung hub vs un-sprung.

Hey i looked over your post but have a few questions.

I need to buy front upper and lower control arms with the spindles. Did these only come on the is300 or are these parts interchangeable with other lexus/toyota models.

Lastly i need the dimensions for under the hood. I cant understand what measurement the catalog is using. My car will be in the frame shop next week and i would like to check their work.

thxs

Would it be possible for me to get a hold of the headlight lenses instead of having to buy a whole headlight housing, i just need to replace mine for regular wear and tear.

Here's another good website to use also, and it has some pics:

http://www.sewellpartsonline.com/category2.asp?cat=ENG

It has a lot of other Lexus cars on it too. They are a huge Lexus dealer so they
are allowed to display the images, unlike ToyoDIY.
Good Luck.

This is a great resource. Thanks for sharing.

Has anyone tried the Supra Flywheel? Does that work? I seem to recall the cost of the dual mass flywheel at Lexus was > $1000.

I am replacing my clutch so researched this issue.

Yes the Supra NA (and SC300 is same) flywheel fits, you also need the flywheel attaching bolts, they are a different length, and are a replace each time part anyway, and a clutch pushrod, its a different length.

part numbers are in the forum, I found them easily.

note you cant use the sprung hub clutch center plate with the stock sprung flywheel, the hub hits the flywheel bolts.
But you must use the sprung hub with the Supra NA or SC300 or Fidenza flywheels.

hope that helps.

Just buy a metric O ring set for 134A systems I dont believe there is anything special, maybe ask your local A/C parts or shop?

you can look up one by one in the part webs sites but these will be Lexus prices.
