I badly need help

See the video and description in the video description . No one is able to tell me what could code 97 be on the heater/climate control .
First i though it was the air recirculation servo because the backet on it was broken but i tried 3 other servo and it didnt worked . Sometimes i also get medium temp air on driver side and passenger side is way more hot .

Note that the servo is functionnal ive test it with a battery . The power doesnt seem to pass between the hvac controls and the servo . Someone knows wich wire i can check , ive look all over google ans cant find anything 😕
