Fixed it

So for those searching this thread, I will let you know my fix. In the rx 350 2007 you have 2 fuse boxes, One under the hood, a 20 amp fuse in position 30 and fuse F1 Main fuse. These are normally not the issue. The fuse holder unit under the drivers side contains a black cover with small labels of fuse position. Location is left of the steering column below the dash covers, where your left knee rests while driving. You should see the power outlet and cig fuses as 15 amp. The rear retaining clip in the center will pull down and the front guide pins will release. They are usually the first to blow due to the lower rating of the fuse. DON'T use a larger current fuse or the ones under the hood will blow. You should be ok with this but if you have a reoccurrence suspect your device or the cables to the device as well as the charge adapter. They may be drawing to much current, especially if you run a tree with multiple devices. If you move the adapter to the other socket, congrats you most likely blew the other fuse. Also you can check the socket for debris that may be causing the socket to short out. You should be getting 12 v from outer casing metal to the center pin deep in the socket. If you have an ohm meter you should be reading an open from center pin to outer casing. Good luck
