Car shakes when braking at full stop

Hi, my IS300 2001 shakes when I brake at a full stop, changed spark plugs, coil pack, I've also changed the MAF sensor and that didn't help.
If anyone has any suggestions, please help.
It's done about 250k

warped rotors/pads? you should be able to feel it through the pedal. more info to as what is exactly shaking would be nice.

Is it a problem when braking/slowing down, or like just sitting at idle

So it shakes when you put the brakes on at a full stop. Meaning sitting still? Smooth otherwise. Also not in gear or clutch engaged.

May be a vacuum leak. Check the brake booster and vacuum lines.

What is the idle RPM when the "shaking" happens? It could be that the engine and transmission mounts are completely worn out after the 250k miles and the low engine rpm and bad mounts are making the engine shake.

Are there any check engine lights or codes?

So a possible culprit could possibly be your electrical system. You say when the brakes are applied, which draws power, can be enough to sag the voltage and bring down the RPM since the alternator is taking more of a hit. I know when I replaced my ground and positive wires that the idle performance increased slightly. I would go to a local auto parts store and an employee check the condition of the battery, then the alternator performance to rule it out in case it isn't the issue

I have a similar issue with the vibrations when RPMs go under 850, having the A/C on for a minute brings it up to 975-1000 which is perfect and doesn't make the chassis vibrate

Clearly having your engine mounts replaced with stock durometer can help if you're willing to have them replaced
