Anyway to repair this?

I have these cracks on my front bumper...
I was planning to just put a lip over this part:



But how would I fix this part? (I didnt use an extension when I tried to take off
the bumper...my fault)

remove it, sand it, fiberglass glue strips, let it cure, sand some more, paint.

You think a whole day would make this work?
