There's a chance an ECU or two are fried. When I shorted-out lock wire on my '01 IS during the first attempt of the alarm install w/o diagrams, it literally melted the pin off the MPX module. Soldered a wire on top of it and called it a day.

You may want to check digital communication between ECUs. They go to +12V when at rest, if no communication has been sent for a period of time.

As Jason had said, the car will crank just fine w/ immobilizer engaged.

Good stuff vlad_a. Well is the problem still no spark?

Just because you only have a valet, that's fine as long as the security LED stops blinking(but you really should invest into a master fob). I use my valet all the time and the main thing is that the immobilizer is disengaged and the eFI is picking up as well as the oder of fuel. At crank your cylinders should be getting fuel and you should be able to hear the injectors click with a screwdriver to one and your ear. You may want to download the diagnostic manual so you can test your IGF and IGT ignitor signals. Verify it has B+. I've been through this problem time and time again, it can be many things. A member and vendor named Kane had a similar issue and it took forever for us(he found it) to find out the ECU supply voltage was cinched so it was outputting no voltage.

I made a similar post about this not long ago. same exact problems, as far as battery being hooked up backwards by previous owner and couldnt pass up the price for the car. I've check everything just like you have and still get nothing. I've even replaced ecu and still get the same test results on everything. Im about to where you are as far as taking it to the dealer.

You guys are awesome with how much knowledge you have on diagnosing these issues.

sorry for such a late reply but its finally been solved. i have been working a lot lately and i drive 30 minutes out of time 5 days a week so it really burns me out when i have time off. now that i finally invested time turns out it was a bad igniter. this was the culprit that was preventing the "no spark" issue. i was fortunate to know another person in town who was willing to let me test parts off the cars. im just glad that its all out of the way now and thanks every for your interest and support to get this car running.

PS:as for pics i won't get any up for a while because this car's exterior is not in the best of shape. it needs a light make-over and some wheels. front bumper is all beat up and for some reason it didn't have a rear bumper so now i have to source all this out.
