AC or Heat only after radio install

Hi,
After radio install, at about 65degrees, AC switches to heat. Worked flawless before this; I know there are only 2 connections on the AC/Heater module (as I have done a dash replacement myself). In my last IS300 they by passed the cars amp as I had speakers replaced at the same time. On this IS the speakers are fine so they hooked the radio into the cars amp. Could this be caused some type of problem in the electrical system?

Installer willing to work with me, but not sure what the problem is...

thanks

It sounds like the interior temp sensor, on the left lower part of the dash is either unplugged, or the wires were compromised during the install. It's located pretty much right under the ignition, on the lower dash panel. Two wires plug into it, and a tube that runs back towards the rear of the heater/evaporator box. An open circuit there makes the car think it is -400 degrees inside, so any temp above max cold will cause it to start blowing hot air.

Hi....all fixed; yes both the air tube and the sensor had not been reconnected. I just sent a feedback note to the Audio shop so they can improve their quality control. Turned the car back on with the HVAC on auto direct/auto temp (which I always use) and life is back to normal...Thanks
