Cant find a matching Ecu and ignition with key . Can somebody help and explain what i have to buy

Im parting out an 02 auto. I only have one key, a master with the remote but the housing is busted. (Im assuming you would retain your housing anyway and just swap in the new remote part? So you dont have to change out all the door/ trunk locks?) Let me know what you need and what you think is a fair price if you want it.
