lets talk intercoolers

upgrading my intercooler to ETS mk4 5" core, retaining my oem front bumper cutting to fit, deleting crash bar for fitment if necessary, just curious if anyone has the same intercooler with the oem front bumper? what is the biggest size intercooler you guys are running with the oem front bumper modified or not??? was going to go with 6" core but I got a great deal on the 5" 84% efficiency at 1100hp so it will suffice.

even if you don't have the ETS one id just like to know from the guys who do run large intercooler pictures would be nice thanks in advance

I'm running a 3" Mishimoto with the stock bumper and a modified cross brace and the tightest part is the 3" inlet/ outlet. I had to grind some of the inside of the "mesh" portion of the grill. It flows 1075 cfm I think so It's plenty for my 450 wheel setup. I remember thinking it was a tighter fit than what I thought it was going to be. Good luck
