This position requires the individual to effectively communicate and handle day to day customer service related tasks. Applicant must enjoy communicating and talking to new customers on a daily basis. You will be working directly with our Customer Service Director and his team as a level two based role.

*Other responsibilities include*
Assisting in small shipping and receiving, fielding customer service inquiries, and helping grow our best practices for customer service.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to multitask efficiently
-Must value punctuality, honesty, and show self-motivation
-Must be a team player and open to change
-Fun and Friendly attitude
-Familiarity with MS office, Google Products (such as gmail)
-2+ Years Experience working in a customer service environment
-Familiarity with Excel, Word, Point of Sale systems, CRM solutions
-Prior experience at an automotive related company
