i install an espiler exhaust on my IS and i love the way the car sounds now .
BTW i have a little propane heater if anyone wants to work on there car in the winter

If they are whole units ...thats too easy ...if your swapping springs they take little longer due to spring compression but easy overall .. just make sure your shit is properly jacked....

Well as far as I know Illinois still doesn't do a mirror test and therefore you shouldn't have any problem. All they check for is that you don't have any codes stored.

O2 sims are great! I passed smog just a few months ago, gotta love it.

All the work mentioned above is not too bad, the only issue is living in the lovely midwest.

Coil-overs are easy and in most cases you don't even need to remove the swaybar!

but all the exhaust work I've done recently was a pain in the ass because of rusted bolts(Daily Driver, and we all know how much salt they love to throw down during our winters), which means get out the cutting wheel to cut them off and replace with stainless steel grade 8 hardware. Header bolts were not bad but literally every bolt that was underneath the car needed to be cut off and replaced.

edit: if anyone wants to send the positive rep my way that would be cool. I was neg repped into oblivion for calling out a douche for his douchey ways.
