I'd be all over them if I wasn't buying a differential.... dammit. If they're still there over the winter I'll take them for sure, I've been waiting for a pair to come up when I had money in the car fund available

Sounds good, from what I have been reading in the go faster section, it seems very straight forward. Are you going to buy a new or used kit? Not only in the chicago area but within 15 miles of eachother.

Used from a trusted source ......15mins two boosted TCMs thats like a 1 min car ride to meet up for beers .....As far as the charger its like only 10k on it comes with mounting plate and such but gotta source bunch of parts for it to be complete...but thats what will make it fun ....

I want a snail under my hood womp womp

The RS looks awesome, and I'm sure the SS was hella loud and powerful.

The RS does look great... it being my only vehicle for quite a few years the midwest cancer(rust) has gotten to it but it will be a project car for many years. I plan on learning body work and welding on it, probably go the drag route with it despite the t-tops.

The SS was TOO fun. Six speed plus a simple intake/cat-back was all it needed to make me smile on a daily basis. Once I added some meaty tires the car was a dream. Bad day at work? A WOT blast from 1-4 was all you needed at the end of the day. I really do miss that car but had to sell it to get the IS. It took quite a few months to find a un-molested(un-modded) SS in the mid-west area. I actually had to drive about 4 hours to Ohio to pick it up.

The IS is great though. Much better in the snow than my camaros and dead reliable... so I decided to include a recent pic of it on my recently purchased race rubber(Dunlop Direzza Star Spec Z1).
