Underbody lighting Question? Edit: How bout the interior also... Legal or not Legal?

I am looking for a law, in the state of Washington, about the underbody lighting system. I have googled and found some info, in other states. But, I havent found one in WA yet. Can any of you WA peeps, Help me out with this.

Blue and Red are illegal. I am just wanting to find a website, or find out what colors are allowed. I hope someone can fill me in this question. Thanks with a +rep.

i'm in CA, but if I remember right, all underbody lighting systems are illegal in all states while in motion. You can have them on only while parked. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Because, I havent seen them on cars lately. And since I am not able to put a lip/body kit on my car...(due to snowboarding). I would like to do that instead. I was hoping that certain colors are allowed. Like, Red, Orange, or even Yellow. Maybe, I will have to go to the WA State Patrol Office. and ask them myself. I believe you guys on being illegal. But, when I googled. Some states they are not illegal. as long as they are red, yellow, or even orange.

well im in CA. its possible that WA laws arent as strict. Actually, its pretty likely your laws are more lenient. Check with local PD and if they say its legal, you might also want to get it in writing in case youre ever ticketed.

Is it illegal to drive with Led bulbs on while driving on public streets, or the Freeways?
