Im sorry, but having a DB9 on the drive and not driving it is a bit like having Keira Knightley in your bed and sleeping on the couch. - Jezza

I'm willing to bet the guy didn't even look at the build sheets for either car. 99.9% says that his "identical" yellow one didn't come with carbon ceramic brakes. He's obviously one of those idiots that went in and said "I want a Lambo." and left with the one in the color he wanted.

The lambo dealers are the idiots.

They should have never let this guy get to the point of calling it a lemon/

The first time the guy came in you say "sorry sir, carbon ceramics squeak. Its physics and unfixable" We can make your car not squeak if you like and we can replace the brakes with the regular ones. "

Customer makes a decision...Problem solved. Hell the dealer could have made money off of this dumbass./

Actually Lambo engineers are the idiots, when you are flown from Italy to the states to fix a problem, even if there is no problem, blowing off the customer and hitting the strip clubs to see some American punani is not the way to take care of a customer. Simply explain the situation to him and offer to replace the brakes with conventional ones. Might cost you $10-$20k but you wont end up buying back a $250K car you cannot sell in the states (vin number is now registered as a Lemon)

Because he looks and sounds like he knows exactly what he is talking about.

And BTW, the joke is on him: Lemon Laws account for depreciation and mileage, so there is no way in hell he is actually getting his full purchase price back. Add on top of that the probability that he hired a private attorney to aid in the process, and he is likely out $25-50k.
